Knee Taping Kit

This knee taping starter kit from Coast Sports contains all you need to stabilise a knee joint that has been weakened or damaged due to injury.

Kit contains:

• 1 x roll 50mm Hypo allergenic fix underwrap tape
• 2 x rolls 38mm Rigid strapping tape (zinc oxide adhesive - no latex)
• 2 x rolls 50mm Light Hand Tearable EAB

Optional – you may want to add a can of Xtra Tac which is an adhesive spray to help the tape stick better to the skin, which can be especially important when playing a game in the wet or humid conditions.
